Lisa is an experienced People and Talent Acquisition Leader with over 25 years of success in developing innovative recruitment strategies for Fortune 500 companies, entrepreneurial start-ups, and rapidly growing organizations. Throughout her career, she has held key roles such as Head of Talent Acquisition at Weight Watchers during a period of significant growth, and as a strategic recruitment leader at The Campbell’s Company, where she led talent strategies for the Pepperidge Farm brand.  In addition to retail, technology, and consumer products, Lisa has also held Talent Acquisition positions in healthcare, heavy equipment rental, and entertainment industries. 

 In 2020, Lisa founded Red Talent Advisor Group, where she consults with organizations of all sizes, crafting targeted recruitment strategies for senior level corporate positions with a focus on People and Marketing roles. Clients include Campbell’s, Charter Communications, Tufts University, Fareportal, Schweid and Sons and more. Known for her authenticity, transparency, and strategic mindset, Lisa excels in problem-solving, continuous process improvement, and driving results for her clients.  

 As a Co-Founder of Quattro Consultants, Lisa is thrilled to collaborate with her co-founders and bring her leadership, passion and entrepreneurship to Quattro and “build the company we all want to be a part of.” 

Lisa received her bachelor’s degree at CUNY, Queens College.  She is a native New Yorker and loves all that the city has to offer.  In her spare time, she enjoys the theater, movies, museums, fine dining and match making in all its various forms.  She also loves spending time with her children and grandchildren.
