Carol Renzo, Chief Operating Officer

Carol is a proven Strategy and Operations executive with over 20 years of experience turning business intent into impactful action. Known for her ability to simplify complexity and deliver measurable results, she specializes in building high-performing teams, developing scalable operating models, and leading strategic initiatives that integrate people, processes, and technology to drive transformative outcomes. 

Carol has earned a reputation as the go-to person to “Make Things Happen.” She thrives in high-stakes environments, excelling at taking on ambitious challenges and turning them into actionable solutions. Her extensive expertise spans both the private and public sectors, where she has partnered with global brands to manage multimillion-dollar P&Ls, design and execute cross-functional initiatives, and drive meaningful change across Sales, Operations, Product, IT, HR, Legal, and Finance. 

Throughout her career, Carol has held key leadership roles, including VP of Strategic Planning and Operational Excellence at MediaMath, VP of Global Strategy and Operations, and Head of the Global Strategic Program Management Office at Weight Watchers. She also served as General Manager and Senior Director of Client & Business Operations. In these positions, Carol led operational improvements that resulted in significant revenue growth and efficiency gains across both B2B and B2C divisions. Earlier in her career, she was Senior Director at Ralph Lauren, where she led store planning and retail development for the Childrenswear division, yielding double-digit sales results. 

In 2023, Carol founded Concept Through Completion, a consulting firm focused on helping organizations achieve their goals through strategic planning, seamless execution, and operational excellence. Her approach centers on aligning vision with action, ensuring that businesses not only achieve short-term wins but also secure long-term success. 

Outside of work, Carol enjoys weight training, experimenting with new recipes, and traveling to immerse herself in different cultures. She loves spending time with her husband and their dog, and when she’s unwinding, you’ll likely find her binge-watching a thrilling series (the more suspenseful, the better). 

Carol holds a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Marketing from Stockton University, Galloway, NJ.
